about the event

There's a high likelihood of getting wet on this course! Pippingford Park offers rolling hills, alluring countryside views, and maybe even wild ponies. A previous host location to the European Championships, this London South-East venue knows how to pack a punch.

The inaugural British OCR Ultra Championship will be held as part of the Spartan London South East Ultra on October 4th, 2025.

All British citizens and residents registered for the Spartan London South East Ultra will automatically be in the running to be crowned our first-ever British OCR Ultra Champions across elite and all age groups.

The announcement coincides with British Obstacle Sports & Spartan UK renewing their partnership, supporting elite and grassroots athletes while driving towards official recognition as a sport in the UK. Major events, Technical Official development, and athlete pathways remain key focus areas. Find out more at britishobstacle.org and uk.spartan.com.

BOS membership is required for all Spartan Race competitive heats; new members can get 30% off with the code SPARTAN.
